Made-to-order production: Each Shan Shah garment is crafted on demand. Custom orders take approximately 7 days to produce once your PKR 3,500 deposit is confirmed. Ready‑made items ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times: Domestic orders (Pakistan) typically arrive 2–4 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
Transparent costs: Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout—no hidden fees . High‑value orders may qualify for free domestic shipping. We require prepayment on all orders (no Cash on Delivery).
Returns policy: Because our garments are custom‑made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized pieces . For ready‑made items, we offer a 7‑day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@mrshanshah.com within 7 days. We’ll remake or replace it promptly.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds on eligible items are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
