Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Returns on Custom Orders
Most of our garments are made-to-order or customized to your specifications. According to best practices for businesses selling personalized goods, items that have been customized or made specifically for a customer are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges . Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom items unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications.
2. Exceptions

ReadyāMade Items: For ready-made items (non-custom designs) purchased at full price, we offer a 7āday return/exchange window. The 7-day period starts from the moment your order is delivered. To qualify, you must ship the product back within that timeframe, and it must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or using discount codes (other than our āWELCOMEā code) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will either remake the garment or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at sales@mrshanshah.com or submit a request through our Contact page. Include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for your return or exchange.

Approval & Instructions: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Domestic Customers (Pakistan): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

International Customers: All international returns must be shipped at the customerās expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
5. Refunds & Processing

Non-Custom Items: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5ā7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Custom Items: Deposits or full payments for custom orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the products . If a defect or error occurs, we will correct or replace the item rather than issue a monetary refund.
6. Additional Notes

Proper Use & Condition: Returned garments must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Items that are damaged or used cannot be accepted.
